KIIP semesters and tests

Hello everyone! I just applied for level 4 KIIP classes. The semester will be over around the middle of July, and as far as I got, I'll have to pass a mid-term test, which is, according to the schedule I found, on August 27.

The last semester of 2022, however, begins on August 15.

Am I correct in thinking I basically cannot go for both levels 4 and 5 'till 2022 is over? Do I really have to wait for 2023?...

P.S. Do I have to buy textbooks? There was no information on the website
