How can I find out who has been griefing my fabric Minecraft server?

So here’s the thing. We recently added a whole bunch of new members to my whitelist SMP, that you have to apply to, to be able to join. The whole premise is about different people living in different dimensions and all that, and to make it more fun for the people living in The Nether and The End, we have the better nether and better end mods. The downside to that, is that we have to use the fabric launcher, which means no plugins. Recently items and blocks have been getting stolen and pets have been getting killed in each dimension. The logs to the server are not complete and we haven’t had any luck. Is there a way we can find out who has been doing this? Like with a data pack or fabric mod? Server is 1.17.1. Thanks for reading this, and tell me if you know something that can help!
