Why take out the Pizza jump? And other pro jumps?

In my opinion, these exploits add an entirely new depth to the game that requires practice and make for amazing clutch plays. If I were a game designer, I'd intentionally put secret/difficult jumps in the game for this exact reason. I'm disappointed the developers cater to the n00bs and make the game simpler.
