ADDicted movie

Has anyone watched the movie ADDicted? https://m.imdb.com/title/tt3587066/

Quick summary: main character is diagnosed with ADD and in college. He seems to take his meds, but also gives them away to friends that want it. Someone steals his meds and that’s where everything goes wrong.

Anyways… the movie was so extremely against ADD meds. IMO everything was blown out of proportion- the main character ends up getting severe withdrawals and puking. Has anyone experienced this? I’ve been taking adderall for well over a decade and have taken breaks or forgotten my pills and never had any side effects- except being tired, distracted and lazy.

Sorry this is more of a rant… I just felt personally attacked with this movie!
