instant suffocation followed by 30013 disconnect in Arc L1 habs

I'm currently unable to play and hoping someone here can help me out short of recommending a character reset.

I logged out yesterday in Arc L1 station and when I try to log in today it spawns me in the habs, but apparently there's no atmosphere in the hab room and I began suffocating. I didn't realize what was happening at first so originally I had a good 10-20 seconds before I'd die and instantly disconnect with an error code 30013. The game seems to have saved the state of my character each time, though, so with each subsequent login attempt I had less and less time. Now when I attempt to log in to the game my character goes incapacitated in under a second. Not even enough time to get up from the bed.

The last two or three times I logged in I tried to hold backspace and kill myself, in the hopes that it would respawn me back at Area18 and I could play. It would disconnect me with that error 30013 though before it killed me.

Anyhow know how I can get out of this? I'd really like to play right now, and I'd also really like not to have to reset my character.
