can disc displacement of tmj cause severe tinnitus, reactive tinnitus and hyperacusis??

24M, I dont have history of acoustic trauma, although I was in a very loud MRI for 45 minutes but that was after i had tinnitus anyway? but i keep blaming myself that it could have been temporary but the mri made it permanent.

my left jaw clicks everytime i open my mouth....
