State Activation as AGR

I am currently on T32 AGR orders and was “activated” to assist in a state emergency (Fires). Can I put this in my medical records due to high exposure of smoke? I know SAD orders are state and reported to workman’s comp but I don’t see anything about AGRs. I’ve looked to see if there was guidance in regards to reporting this activation but haven’t seen anything. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
