I'm having trouble buying Mini Motorways on steam.

I had purchased Mini Motorways on steam, and i also wanted it on my pc, too. But when i went to the steam store, i couldnt buy it, it only said for me to wishlist it. My pc meets all the requirments (that i know of) and i couldnt find the solution to this problem anywhere. If someone knows what to do to fix this, please comment down below.

Thanks
