How paranoid do I have to be about burn-in (C1)?

I've been pretty religious for the last week making sure there are no black bands around the picture by changing the apsect ratio settings so the picture fills the screen.

Tried watching Netflix (Ozark) tonight and saw it was set with a black band on the top and bottom of the screen. Went to change the aspect ratio but couldn't because it was in Dolby Vision Select Mode and the Aspect Mode setting area was greyed out.

Am I being overly paranoid or do I really need to change the AR every time so the picture fills the screen?
