Snorting Ritalin vs Adderall

i absolutely love adderall and speed but methylphenidate is just okay for me. somewhere between adderall and a cup of coffee.

when i take adderall orally it’s great but when i snort it, i definitely feel it come on faster but the high is weaker and more fleeting which is to be expected. the weird thing is that orally, ritalin doesn’t do much for me but when i crush and snort it i have the opposite effect and it is so much better and is a better, more euphoric high overall.

is there a reason why adderall doesn’t seem to absorb well through my nose but ritalin gets more potent? curious if it’s something to do with me specifically or if it’s a chemical thing with the drugs.
