Ausbildung Visa

My sister 29 y.o., who finished Highschool in the Philippines wants to apply for nursing Ausbildung here in Germany. According to my research it is possible as long as she’s hs graduate, speaks german language B1 level with certification equivalent here and a house she can live in. These three are already check in the list. She’s a single parent and would only consider applying if she can take my nephew with her, who is now 4 years old. My question is if it is possible to actually bring her son with her here? If there’s a contract for her? Please respect my post. Thank you and thank you in advance to anyone who’d answer my question.
