Borderlands 3 DLCs

Heya! Just a quick questions. Recently started BL3 and I got all the DLCs. Just wanted to know: When's the best time for playing them?

I'm level 14 and the game tells me to start them and they're labeled as level 13.

Should I do them right away? Or does the level of the DLC scale with me?
