What to get my mom for Mother’s Day?

My mom is a tough one to impress. She’s 53 years old, spunky, stubborn, and one of my closest friends. I love her to death. We are the same person over and over again. She loves coffee, wine, her dogs, and gardening, yet she has everything that could involve all of those interests. She only likes a specific brand of coffee and already bought it in bulk. She has every type of coffee brewing device you could think of. Her and I just made wine with a DIY wine kit last month. Her dogs are spoiled and don’t need anything lol. And it’s so difficult to impress her with anything plant related because she’s like a guru or something. Help me out! I’ve always struggled to find gifts for her, but I genuinely love giving her gifts. It doesn’t help that she insists on my siblings and I not doing gifts. My dad isn’t any help either lol I’m also on a budget.

Edit: I settled on a ceramic mushroom for her garden, some new pajamas, some Grandma Utz chips, and a Heath Bar 😅
