Can someone let me know if theres a good free spoofer without having to download apps?

I'm just getting into this whole spoofing thing, (i was just recently confined to a wheelchair temporarily), but i keep having to download these sketchy apps in order for them to work. Any suggestions for spoofers that I don't need to do this for?
