Not being able to delete projects PLUS having the quota makes no sense for iac. Is there a track on fixing this??

Terrafirm modules suggest adding a random prefix. Well if I'm testing my deployments, how does this makes sense when my entire org is capped and now I have random projects in the soft delete state? Whats the reason for this? You can't just destroy and redeploy. Unless you go import it and hope you didnt miss anything.
