Focus

I am pretty sure I know the answer to this, but just wanted to make sure.

I have three iPhones. Two for work and one personal.

When I sleep at night, it is great to hit the Sleep Focus and it turns on for all three.

One of the work phones I use, when I am using it for a specific thing, I would like all notifications turned off as I am sharing the screen of the phone.

I would like to not have all the phones go into this mode, as I may need to be notified of calls on the other 2 phones.

I know I can turn off the syncing of Focus across all devices, but then I lose the sleep focus when turning it on with one phone.

Is there are a way I can make a focus specific to one device but the other focuses sync for all devices?

From what I am reading the answer is no, but just wanted to make sure.
