Need help with leveling issue

I have an Ender 5 that has been working fine for several years now and I finally decided it was time to relevel it.

The problem I'm having is that every time I level it, the next print I do the printer moves the prind bed lower than it previously was, thus unleveling itself again.

How do I get it to stop and just print at the current level?
