Inconsistent semester GPAs

Right now I have an overall of a 3.65 GPA, but my semester GPAs are really inconsistent. I’m talking like: 1: 3.4 2: 3.8 3: 3.9 4: 3.4 5: 4.0 6: 3.4

I did good in all of my dental prerequisites and am taking DAT this summer. How is this viewed by dental schools?
