Deb Frozen Theory

My thinking is that Gary maybe had Scott create a Freeze Ray in exchange Gary sets Chloe free & Chloe said she wanted to freeze Deb & then Chloe would be guaranteed her freedom. I think Gary agreed & sent Deb those notes then after a while Gary sends Chloe (who’s driven by a car sent by Gary) over to Debs place .. then Chloe gets back on the car & maybe a private jet . Maybe that’s why Scott is confused on what’s going on because of that trauma theory you talked about. My theory makes sense for Gary making a deal . But why would he give info on Chloe ?
