has anyone sent a kirsten into the doll hospital lately?

i sent my kirsten in for a head replacement and got refunded. has this happened to anyone else? i purchased the replacement the 27th and shipped her the 29th. does anyone have any information on the stock of her heads? will update in comments when i hear back from customer service
