that thing where you do something completely mundane and now you hurt

I have chronic stones. I sneezed while peeing earlier and it must have dislodged a stone or part of a stone because I'm miserable and in pain. There's still a pandemic going on so I don't want to go to hospital if I don't have to, but hooo boy does this suck. I'm mostly just annoyed though. Normal people don't have lingering agony when they sneeze while peeing.
