Would it be okay to keep my gecko in my room?

Hi, I plan to get a full grown crested gecko within the next few months, but I was wondering if I could keep it in my room?

My room doesn’t have too much traffic going on besides dogs walking in or out and me going in and out. My room also has a ceiling fan that goes on 24/7. My dogs do bark sometimes but not in my room. My house in general is just loud, I still live with my parents and my dad is deaf in one ear causing the tv to be loud.

The last thing I want is my crested gecko to be stressed or unhappy. If you have any suggestions or advice please let me know!
