Computer freezing, black screening, then restarting

Ive been having this issue. I have no idea what it could be related to. there is no apparent rhyme or reason behind it. ill play a game for hours then it'll happen, or sometimes when I start a game, or sometimes while im just sitting there on discord. I just only had discord and chrome open while talking to friends and doing homework and it happened 3 times in 20 minutes. Sometimes it'll go days without doing it. Im guessing its some sort of hardware issue.
