What y’all think I should do ?

So, a coach recently got mad at me for calling out on a Sunday saying “I left them in a bind” even tho my department is slow on Sunday and we had plenty of people there. He said if I call out on another weekend even if I use PPTO he’s giving me a point.

Can he do that? And should I go to ethics bc my SM didn’t seem to care to much.
