Kratom Caused Gas Pain

Hi, over the past few months I have experienced gas pain (pressure lower right abdomen, seen a doctor and its nothing serious other than a gut issue) occasionally after taking my kratom dose, was wondering if anyone else had this and if they did what did they do to get relief for it. I was thinking of trying activated charcoal but wanted to see if anyone else has more experience with this and what helped. Thanks in advance for your help
