Newbie here. I have a question for everyone

I just got the app and yesterday added the offer for “any receipt get .25 cash back” so I thought every receipt I scan I get that .25? But now I can’t find the offer, nor scan another receipt without adding a different offer. So if I didn’t buy items they specifically put as an offer I can’t submit receipts? Or get anything for them? Or am I doing something wrong? If not, how often can I get .25 for receipts? Thanks to all in advance.
