Ana test results?

Advice

Hi! I was wondering if my situation has happened to other people. So basically I (21F) have been having pain since I was 13/14 and doctors never believed me. During the beginning of the pandemic, March 2020, I started getting worse and I went to my doctor and eventually went to a Rheumatologist and got tested for lupus and other autoimmune diseases. My Ana test came back positive but the titer test & other tests came back normal.

Flash forward to this year, I began to loose significant amounts of hair and have more digestive issues than normally, the pain is about the same, and I've been having weird rashes on my body & neck & my eyes have swollen up. At first I thought I was allergic to something, I got tested and turns out I'm not allergic to anything.

So I go back to my doctor last week and ask her to test my thyroid and she does that but she also says she'll do the ANA tests again and some other tests. I got the results back today and all of the ANA tests came back positive and out of range. I had the ANA titer test and it was 1:40 and 1:80 and the ANA patterns are nuclear speckled and nuclear homogeneous. My thyroid test ( the TSH w/reflex to FT4) came back high as well, it doesn't say the amount but my dr said she wants to check it again.

My dr has referred me to a rheumatologist again and I guess we'll see but yeah I just wonder if this has happened to anyone else? is this normal? I was told last time it was just my anxiety & stuff. I also have pcos.
