Building a Luna Validator on Testnet

I am in the process of putting together some curriculum for young people in my community interested in crypto. One of the projects I am documenting is how to build and run a validator. However, after completing the setup of a server I am running in the cloud I receive the following error messages in the logs which don't provide a whole lot of insight into what the issue is starting up the node.
