Is it worth learning BE as a FE dev?

I've been working FE for 2 years.

I'm intimidated by BE work, especially SQL interactions. I know some python but not enough to get a full stack job.

My current employer has 3x as many BE devs as FE devs. So I don't really need to learn it for this job at all.

Is there benefits in a job search if you can market yourself full-stack? Is the pay better than just specializing in FE?
