did we get buffs yet or is meta still bjorked?

This isn't the worst meta, I think the worst metas are when there is one dominant class. But this is a different kind of sad meta where almost half of the classes are obsolete, meaning their overall power level is below those of the other half of the classes.

Trying to ladder with shaman, priest, warlock, rogue all feels pretty bad.

So did we get buffs yet? I'm sick of nerfs.
