Importrange formula between tabs

I have a sheet called "Vendor ID Roster" which is a master list of sorts and another sheet (sheet X) where I am intend to pull the information from the roster and populate sheet X.

I created an importrange formula which pulled all the information from the Roster to Sheet X, however I want to only pull over information when I enter just the Legal Name from the Vendor ID List into Sheet X (as opposed to everything all at once).

I know there's a way to do this, as my old job had a similar formula in a spreadsheet that pulled in information from a master sheet using lookup and importrange.
