Airizer support

Me and my buddy just got an airizer v tower with the 2 for 1 deal around 420, i got mine and after looking up some stuff online got it going, but his came with the cyclone bowl piece cracked slightly. I emailed airizer about it and In not even 24 hours got a response and a notification from UPS that it was being shipped, I haven’t even gotten a picture of it to them yet. Got the replacement part today. Just wanted to make this post to say 10/10 service.

my airizer is working great too, any temperature settings or tips for cleaning would be helpful as well.
