i need help

Female,23y,5,6,121 ,My girlfriend is having some problems ,shes feeling that her imune system is low ,shes got alergy syntoms but shes almost sure that its not alergys , pimples are showing, her tear duct is very sore , there's a small ball almost like a pimple on her lip ,I don't think she's pregnant, we stay very safe and always check ,I really need some advice on what this could be
