If I'm already looking at premium trim 2022 hatchbacks, should I just get the turbo?

What does the Turbo have, other than the engine of course, that the premium doesnt? Or does the premium have more bells and whistles, and is just missing the engine? Would 91 octane gas get 250 horsepower, as I dont think there is 93 in my town haha.
