Amex Delta Plat to Amex Plat Personal

Hi all, like the title states, looking to part ways with my delta Plat and into Plat personal and cancel my delta card. Was on a support call to get more details and wanted to confirm if what I was told is true

MR to Delta Skymiles is 1:1

Was told that for credits like the streaming services ($240) and baggage fees ($200), those are actually reimbursed annually? Does that sound right? I thought it was when those charges are posted that they are then taken off when they're eligible under that category.

Seems like it all gets "added up" at the end of the year and you get a large credit and you'd just pay the remaining annual fee balance. The rep said a lot like to look at it that way.

Thoughts on this? Also, anyone that used to have the delta platinum and moved to the Amex platinum? Like it? Hate it?

My final choice if I don't go to Plat would be the reserve since I mostly fly delta. But having the wife covered for the lounge access via platinum is nice to have too.
