Seeking help, drb and possible njp upcoming.

So I just got off leave to celebrate my bday. On my bday I got sick, got an SIQ chit and my nose swabbed. My cmc was furious and orders me to come into work despite my SIQ, I get to work and throw up and some chiefs send me home after seeing im SIQ. My cmc is furious for me leaving early on their call. I didn’t get to see the watchbill due to my SIQ and short stay when I threw up, as they were told by my peers I threw up. The next day I wake up (Monday) and was told I have a watch from 16-24 in the barracks that I don’t live at since it was my duty day. I did the watch and didn’t find out til halfway through the watch I was supposed to be on a 00-08 at work (that was covered), and had to go back to work after my 16-24. The next day I get informed I have a drb for being a “problematic” sailor in the past 3 days by my cmc and his psc and got hit with a article 92 for standing watch. Cmc was upset I wasn’t at work at normal nights showtime (1500) when if you have a 00-08 showtime is 2000. What do I do? I recently got an njp for having my gf in my room a few minutes past curfew which is why I moved out of the barracks, and now ever since then my cmc has been targeting me for petty things.
