Take note of these important links and reminders:
➡️ The first time you load the game it will take a while. This is because we frontload the download of all the assets to make sure that you have a smooth experience once in the game. If you empty your browser cache, the next load will take a while again as your pc/mac downloads all of the assets again.
➡️ Do not refresh your browser tab during any transaction! This will cause the transaction to become stuck. If you want to pass the time while waiting for transactions to finish, you can browse on the other tabs of your browser.
➡️ Delist all your Land and Unicorn NFTs before locking them into the game. Any asset locked in the game is unsellable and nontransferable. Here's a guide from Tokenized on how to delist your assets from OpenSea:
➡️ Locking in all of your lands and unicorns might take a little time at first. While waiting for all of them to be locked in, why not take a look at the game guide? Read up on guides and basic strategies here:
➡️ If you encounter any errors, first wait 15-20 minutes then refresh your browser to give the error a chance to fix itself. (We have a system set up to fix any errors.) If there is still no change after 20 minutes, reach out to us on Zendesk:
➡️ Have you encountered a bug? Report it and you might get some RBW as a reward! Let us know by filling out a ticket on Zendesk! Select Bug Bounty Bug Report Submission on the dropdown when you go to this site:
When reporting bugs or errors, make sure to have a clear set of steps, your Land name and ID, and your Unicorn name and ID.
➡️ Devices other than PCs and laptops are not supported for now. This means you might be able to get it to run on a tablet or phone, but we don't offer support for it if an error happens.
➡️ Hardware wallets are currently not supported. Kindly use hot wallets for your account. You might be able to get it to run, but we do not offer support if an error happens and you are using a hardware wallet.
➡️ Evolution has currently not yet been added to the game, we'll update you on when it's been added.
➡️ For any errors, please wait 15-20 minutes and then check if the error has resolved. If it has not, reach out to us on Zendesk:
