Fractal define 7 air only cooling and 3080, 5800x3d

I'm particularly interested in minimalist, low noise, no glass, cases. However, if I am putting some very hot parts in there, is it going to be enough cooling with the stock fans and an air cooler on the cpu? I want to keep the closed top so if an AIO cpu cooler (Noctua etc.) is needed, would a single 120/140 radiator aimed out the back instead of the stock rear fan work? Has anyone built this or similar and maintained adequate cooling?
