Co-op Save File Question!

So, me and my partner have a co-op farm that we have been working on for a really long time! My partner is the host of the farm. I am going to be getting rid of my laptop soon so I would be logging onto a different device to play on that co-op farm, but still with my steam account. I just wanna make sure,,, Will all of my progress on the co-op farm save to my steam and still be there?
