Day 7 of recovery

Today has been the worst so far, woke up wanting to cry the pain was so intense. I was pretty okay for the first couple days so the increase in pain has really thrown me off. My pain meds barely take the edge off, I’m trying to just sleep as much as possible and definitely not talking much today. Mentally I’m in a rough place and it’s hard to get out of my head and have positive thoughts. So over this.
