Serylda's Grudge on Rhaast?

I've been recently using this item instead of BC if enemy has some ranged champs because of its slowing passive (so they don't escape). In other matches where I need to be tanky or there are many meeles/tanks I use BC or both.

It's been going well so far.

What do you think of this?

For those that might say: "if there are a lot of ranged champs go SA". Yeah, well. If they are all AD maybe SA isn't the best at all or if most of your team are ranged champs too then someone that can take the damage will be of more use.
