What is this? I got this conch about a month ago. Healing has been fine, little pain and swelling. Then I noticed this bump today. My Helix got a piercing bump when I got it but it didn't look like this! Is it a keloid? The front looks fine but I did get a random bump on my lobe 2 days ago. Help!
