In need of Tulpa parenting advice

So I have two tulpas, Zoran and Razputin (Raz). They both are littles and Raz is a walk-in.

Between work, school, and art i find It tricky to spend enough time with them. They follow me around a lot of the day, but when I’m tired or focused at work they tend to go dormant. I try to force with them before I go to bed but I usually just fall asleep on accident.

They’ve been dormant for the past few days which is normal, but I want to try and be a better host/mom to them. Any advice for how I can juggle my day to day activities and stresses with parenting Zoran and Raz?
