Permit for First Street Garage?

Hi, I just moved to Cambridge and currently using the 2-week temporary resident permit while waiting for an appointment to update my title and registration with the RMV. Does anyone know if it's possible to get the resident monthly pass at First Street Garage while on the temporary resident permit?
