Echo items

We need more items, well not "NEW" new items, let me explain

We need items that are the class specific version of it, for example: a mercury band for tanks/mages/assasins, a guardian angel for ADC/tanks/assassin's/mages; things like that would be cool to have, Obviously these versions should be BALANCE AROUND THE CLASS because a current state guardian angel on a tank would be horrible to fight against (I know this because one time I saw a chogath Whit 20 stacks Whit one, it was like fighting general Armstrong)
