PS5 user not able to download or upload to/from home screen to finish the endings for my platinum.

About to platinun elden ring, just need the 3 endings and instead of the usual "upload/download saved data" option. I'm getting "check sync status of saved data". I still get the correct option for other games in my library but not with elden ring, what gives?
