Nomad mods and sideloading?

So, I want to download some mods. I only yesterday learned what sideloading was at all, Im using my computer for all downloads. How do I download and install mods for Nomad? (Side note, all the mods Im looking at downloading are on nexusmods, if that information is of any use)
