Throbbing head pain located on the back of head after underwater swim

Has anyone ever experienced this? I can do the 25m underwater just fine but this past 2 weeks I keep getting headaches on the back of my head. And most of my swimming sessions are at the end of my workouts that are pretty intense is this the cause?
