Updated itinerary for Portugal and Spain trip after much feedback from r/travel!
Hi all, a while back i posted an itinerary a for Portugal and Spain trip when my partner and I thought we could road trip the whole thing in just under two weeks. After very constructive and useful feedback from this sub, we came up with something else. We leave next week and I’d love your feedback and anything you all think we should see while we’re there. This is all for the month of May so I’ll just be adding numbers to indicate dates.
-land in Lisbon 10am, explore Lisbon
-Lisbon
-train to Porto in the am
-Explore Porto
-Fly to Barcelona, land at noon
-Barcelona
-Barcelona
-Train to Seville (5hours oof)
-Seville
-Seville, train to Malaga late afternoon
-Malaga
-Malaga
-Flight to Lisbon, airport hotel
-early am flight back to the US
I definitely wish we had more time in Lisbon and Porto, however we did have to compromise on the places each of us wanted to go, so we both got a bit of what we wanted:) i am most excited about the beachfront hotel in Malaga to wrap up the trip with some relaxation time! Let me know what you think!
