Files don't open from Plasma but work from terminal

Suddenly, a few Wine apps I use as default viewer for some mimetypes are unable to open files. The app launches, but without loading the selected file.

For instance, foobar2000. If I doubleclick an audio file from Dolphin, foobar2000 launches, but without the file I clicked. So currently I need to drag-and-drop the file from Dolphin to foobar2000 window.

If I run foobar2000 file.flac or xdg-open file.flac from Konsole, it works. It also works from embedded terminal in Dolphin (F4 is the default shortcut to enable it).

So why it doesn't work by double-clicking the file? Or by selecting it and pressing Enter?

If I close Dolphin, which I opened by clicking the pinned icon in Plasma panel, and reopen it from Konsole (dolphin), then this new Dolphin instance works fine to open audio files with foobar2000 (and other apps suffering the same issue).

How to explain this? And how to fix it?

Edit: I just was notified about a massive update available, did it and it's fixed. Maybe fixed in Plasma 5.24.5, but I can't say for sure.
